GARLIC AND LIME AVOCADO GUACAMOLE
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato, seeded, skinned and chopped
- 1 small Serrano pepper, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1–2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp DM Carolina-Style sauce
- In a bowl remove flesh of avocados and mash coarsely.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix keeping it chunky.
- Serve with tortillas, on tacos, as a side or with a poached egg on avocado toast.
