DennyMike’s mantra when using his tasty seasoning blends is SPRAY, SPRINKLE and SPRAY – a technique that has served him well over the many years he has cooked with them. Use your preferred cooking spray (or oil of choice). Always pat the meat or fish dry, then SPRAY a light coating of oil all over, SPRINKLE an even layer of seasoning, and then SPRAY again with a slightly heavier coating to lock in the seasoning.
Once the first side has been cooked to your liking, flip, and SPRAY, SPRINKLE and SPRAY the same as you did on the first side. Finish to your desired temperature and be ready for some wicked good eating!
An easy peasy Sublime Swine ® Pork Loin with just a hint of sweetness. Dee-Lish!
I like bone in with any kind of meat or fowl, because you get the additional natural flavors from the marrow and skin. It may take a teeny touch longer to cook, but you'll always prefer the results. Here's how I do them, and the same would hold true for all chicken parts, as well as whole. Delish!
This one dish casserole was one of my favoritest dishes all the while growing up, and remains a staple to this day. There are a number of family variations, some using peas or carrots, others using pork, or lamb, or combinations, It is, quite simply, elegant in its own way, but just some wicked tasty!
Ask anyone what first comes to mind when you say barbecue, and nine times outta ten, the answer will be brisket. And don't get me wrong, I know ribs and chicken are wicked important, too, but brisket just RULES, full stop!
Grilled chicken drumsticks, or drumettes, are a perfect finger food at parties and gatherings, served with some classic DennyMike's BBQ sauce, of course!
Wicked easy peasy...a cup of water or broth, potatoes, carrots, onions, and a couple of bay leaves; a tablespoon, or so, of Chick Magnet® sprinkled over the veggies, which I spray with canola, and two, one pound chicken breasts. Spray, sprinkle, spray the breasts all around, and season generously with Chick Magnet. I set the breasts on the small rack that comes with the Instant Pot.
What can I say? I like my burgers on the spicy side! Cow Bell Hell® and finely minced fresh jalapeño, cooked medium rare, topped with two or three sliced, pickled jalapeños, and a slice of jack cheese...now your'e stylin'!!
