This one will slap you upside the head, but as I like to say, “It’s hot enough to get your attention, but, like a good guest, it knows when to leave!” This is a true Southwest style sauce, enhanced with habanero chile; it’s the sauce closest to my heart, although, like, kids, you gotta love ‘em all!
